I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. While the location was absolutely amazing and the manager was incredibly helpful, I was given a room that had a terrible smell which really took away from my family's comfort. The service was a bit hit or miss, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was a beautiful place, but there were significant aspects that need improvement.
